La terra dei figli is a graphic novel set in a post-apocalyptic future, a distorted mirror of our present. In a devastated world, where the air is swarming with flies and the water is contaminated by corpses and poisons, a father and his two teenage sons live in isolation in a shack on the shore of a lake. Their daily life is a struggle for survival in a context without society, where every encounter with other survivors is a source of danger. Each evening the father writes in a notebook but denies his sons the chance to learn to read and thus discover something about the past and their absent mother.
